I did not get serious about music until I was in my 60s. Even then I did not get real serious. (I'm late 60s now.) I have played some open mics, and written a couple of songs. As a songwriter, I'm a duffer. As a player ... well, the listener can decide. As for my confidence on stage: let's not go there!
